This workshop allows you, as a new or existing Team Leader/ Manager, to spend time with peers, gain new tools & techniques, and take time to reflect on the needs of your team. It will enable you to develop & support your team effectively, have effective development conversations, deal with underperformance positively, and identify ways to overcome current challenges.
